STEP 1. Purchasing Power

STEP 3. Determine Areas to Search

  • The Triangle is full of many diverse areas; we will help you determine the ones best suited for you.
  • After selecting search areas we will analyze information on available homes in those areas, comparing price, schools, area amenities, etc.
  • Next we will begin a complete market search of all properties in the area in your price range.

STEP 4. Analysis of Available Homes

  • After we have researched all available homes we will help you narrow these listings to a list of potential homes to tour.

STEP 5. Tour Selected Homes

  • We will make appointments and gather a package of information for each home you would like to visit.
  • We will tour the properties with you, looking for any possible concern or reason that this property may or may not fit into your criteria.

STEP 6. Offer to Purchase

  • When you have your potential new home we will help you write a comprehensive offer. We will help you calculate the best offer price by looking at comparable property sales in the area.
  • Next we will strongly negotiate on your behalf. This includes not only the purchase price, but also things such as repairs, fees, and contingencies.

STEP 7. Under Contract

  • We will provide a list of qualified home inspectors, and can arrange and attend inspections.
  • We will work with your lender to ensure a smooth closing.
  • We provide a list of real estate attorneys, and work with your chosen attorney.
  • We will schedule, and can attend your walk-through on the day of closing.
  • We will review your HUD statement with your attorney.
  • We are available to attend your closing with you if you like.
