Jack Marshall, Broker/Owner of Shore Advantage Realty holds a Master of Arts degree in Education from East Carolina University. After several years of work as a teacher with the public school system, and as Children's Social Worker and Counselor, Jack earned his North Carolina Broker’s license and has sold over $30 Million in North Carolina Real Estate. After working as the “Agent of the Year” for a locally owned National Franchise for several consecutive years Jack developed the idea for Shore Advantage Realty; and launched the company in 2004.

Jack has traveled extensively throughout the continental United States as well as the state of Hawaii, and the Countries of New Zealand and Costa Rica. Jack and his wife Ashley keep busy at their home in Chapel Hill with their four young children.
